Avoid account lockout

 

 


You have a limited failed logon attempts before your account gets blocked. A locked-out account cannot be used until it is reset by IT department.

Failed password attempts against workstations that have been locked using either CTRL+ALT+DELETE or password-protected screen savers count as failed logon attempts.


Best practices to introduce your password


  1. Check to make sure your language option on the Sign in screen is correct. If you are English speaker, check to make sure it is set to that language.


  1. Enter password and then click the show icon to display the password you just typed in if you are not sure about it. Please enter the correct password again if that one is incorrect.


  1. make sure you are logging into the right user account.
